Caring connection
Hãv Koffe is about connecting with people and the wider environment one cup at a time. We want to be a part of our communities in Warkworth and Northumberland adding to the sense of togetherness and shared values. We also want those who visit to feel part of the community, no matter how long your stay.
We are also committed to preserving and improving our shared environment for people, plants, animals and future generations. For his reason we strive for zero waste, we source responsibly and seek to use environmentally friendly products (often with the help of our partners, see below). Bob is also involved in a range of local projects. If you want to know more or have suggestions please get in touch
“Great coffee means great connections and here are just some of the other people and organisations we work with…”
Warkworth Castle
It’s a privilege to partner with Warkworth Castle in the heart of our village. A percentage of every sale goes to support the castle and the work of the charityEnglish Heritage. Come along and visit this amazing baronial fortress-palace, one time seat of the Percy’s.
Coquet River Action Group (CRAG)
Bob is a member of CRAG, a collaboration of community groups along the Coquet River who have joined together to help maintain and improve the Coquet River catchment. Along with the Northumberland River’s Trust, we are Women’s Institutes, Parish Councils and environmental groups, aiming to work with our communities, landowners and businesses to look after our unique environment.
AMBLE MEN’S SHED
Another great organisation that Bob and Minty are pleased to champion is Amble Men’s Shed.
Men’s Sheds encourage people to come together to make, repair and repurpose, supporting projects in their local communities, improving wellbeing, reducing loneliness and combatting social isolation. They are a great group of people and you will receive a warm welcome
